Professor: Director of the Virginia Murray Sowell Center for Research and Education in Sensory Disabilities; Coordinator of Orientation and Mobility Program & Coordinator of TTU Graduate Certification Program in Sensory Impairments & ASD; Division of Educational Psychology and Leadership, Program in Special Education, College of Education, Texas Tech University (August 1993 to Present).

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate personnel preparation program in orientation and mobility; teach graduate courses in special education; serve on doctoral committees; supervise internship students; conduct research; prepare grant applications; provide workshops and consultation to the community; contribute to professional literature; secure funding for and manage the Virginia Murray Sowell Center for Research and Education in Sensory Disabilities.
