WEATHER: There are no refunds for inclement weather. The Market will be held rain or shine! In the event that the Center requires evacuation or cancellation due to severe weather in the area, the Market will be cancelled. No refunds will be given.

VEHICLE LIABILITY INSURANCE: All vehicles entering Market area must carry vehicle liability insurance. Exhibitors may be required to show proof of vehicle liability insurance prior to entering Market area to unload. Not having vehicle liability insurance may result in expulsion from Market and forfeiting of booth rental fees.

NEW VENDOR ORIENTATION: New exhibitors will be required to participate in an orientation on the telephone (approximately 10 -15 minutes) prior to receiving booth number. This will insure all participants are aware of check-in procedures, exhibitor parking procedures, customer merchandise pick-up & loading procedures, sales tax information, trash removal, end-of-day breakdown procedures, etc.

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN: All vendors and vehicles, as well as support vehicles, will be required to check-in at the Vendor Check-In station. Spaces will be clearly “marked” with booth numbers and easy to locate. Only 1 vehicle per booth is allowed in the Market lot at a time. All vehicles must be off the lot by 7:30 a.m. Vendors arriving after 7:30 a.m. will NOT be allowed to set-up and fees will not be refunded.

If you have friends and family helping you, they must also check-in. DO NOT have them park outside the Market and walk merchandise in without seeing Market Manager. All exhibitor “support vehicles” must go through Check-In. Once checked in support vehicles can proceed to the booth to assist, or park in designated area and walk-in. Again, these vehicles must be off the lot by 7:30. Exhibitor vehicles or support vehicles left in the customer parking lot after 7:30 will be towed at the EXHIBITORS EXPENSE.

MOVE-IN TIMES: Move In times will be provided by Event Staff prior to the first Market date. Each exhibitor will be given one of two set-up times. The first move-in time is 5:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. The second is 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. Vendors are not allowed on the Lot prior to 5:00 a.m. You will not be allowed in the parking lot before your set-up time or after your set-up time. If you choose to arrive before or after your designated time you must check-in, then park outside the perimeter of the lot, and walk your merchandise in. Again, Only 1 vehicle allowed at a time per booth space. In addition, to insure a care-free move-in for all, we will limit each vehicle to 30 minutes in the parking lot for unloading. Thus, if your move-in time (see map) is 5:00 am – 6:00 am, you can arrive anytime in that time period as long as you limit your time to 30 minutes per vehicle and are off the lot by 6:00 a.m. If you have multiple vehicles, unload one at a time. Enter your row from the Vendor Check-In station. Unload quickly, move your car to the vendor lot, and come back to set-up your booth. Absolutely no vehicles are allowed inside the Market perimeter during the Event. Once your set-up time has expired, you must move your vehicle off the lot and proceed to the designated Exhibitor Parking area (see site map and information below). If you are not finished unloading, you can park your car outside the perimeter and carry merchandise in. All vendor cars parked outside the perimeter of the Market are required to move by 7:30 a.m. Cars parked in the customer parking lot must be moved to the Exhibitor Parking Lot by 7:30. Exhibitor vehicles will be towed at Exhibitors expense this year if found in the customer parking lot after 7:30. In addition, Exhibitors are not allowed to move their vehicles to the customer parking lot in anticipation of end-of-day break down prior to 3:00 pm. Exhibitors doing so will forfeit future Market participation and booth rental fees.

END-OF-DAY: Vendors are required to remain “set-up” and operational until 3 p.m. unless inclement weather requires closing early and announced by “A Paris St. Market”. You will be given a time slot at a.m. Check-In for bringing in your vehicle into the lot for packing up. Large vehicles (trucks, trailers) will not be allowed in the lot prior to 4:00 pm. No vehicles will be allowed on the lot until pedestrian traffic has subsided significantly. Also, all vendors must demonstrate that you are packed up and ready to physically load your vehicle before you will be allowed to enter the lot. Tents must be down before bringing in a vehicle. A Paris St. Market will allow exhibitor vehicles into the lot at its sole discretion. Larger vehicles will not be allowed into the lot until 4:00 pm. Only one vehicle per booth will be allowed in the lot at a time. Vendor vehicles will not be allowed to line up in the parking lot prior to 3:00 pm as this impedes Shopping Center customer traffic. Violating any of these procedures may result in forfeiture of booth space for future dates as well as corresponding booth fees. Vendors must be off the lot by 6 p.m. If for some reason you are on the lot after that time a $50 per hour late charge will be assessed. Any merchandise “abandoned” will also be removed and discarded, and a $100 trash removal fee will be assessed. A Paris St Market has the right to make changes to end-of-day procedures as required in order to insure a safe and orderly process.

EXHIBITOR PARKING: Under no circumstances will vendors be allowed to park their vehicles in the customer parking lot, or the customer loading area inside the Market. All vendors are required to park in the designated Exhibitor Parking area. If vendors are found parking they will be asked to move their cars immediately to the vendor lot, and may forfeit future participation in the Market and corresponding booth fees.

ADVERTISING & SIGNAGE: A Paris Street Market fliers are available for exhibitors. Exhibitors are prohibited from passing out fliers outside of their booth space at the Market, or approaching customers in the aisle with printed materials. Any vendor leaving trash/discarded merchandise in their space, will be charged a $100 fee for cleanup and may forfeit spots at future markets. The trash receptacles located throughout the Market are for paper/food/etc., not merchandise or large items you no longer want. All unwanted merchandise and empty boxes must be carted up and taken away with you!!! Vendors will be charged accordingly if the booth is not left completely empty, and may forfeit future Market dates. What constitutes excessive trash will be the sole discretion of “A Paris St. Market”.

ABANDONED MERCHANDISE: Any merchandise left in your booth space after 6:00 p.m. will be considered to be abandoned. Vendors leaving unwanted merchandise in their booths will be charged a minimum of $100, and could be charged up to $250 depending on the size of the merchandise abandoned.

Therefore, exhibitors are required to bring and use wood blocks or other appropriate products to prevent damage to the asphalt!
