Born 10 Apr 1908 in Otis IN; died 5 Mar 1996, age 87 of 109 Arney Drive Walkerton IN at 12:39 p.m. at St Margaret Mercy Hosp, Hammond. She retired from Edward Valve Co, E Cgo IN. Services at St Anthony de Padua Cath Church, Fish Lake IN. Burial in St Mary Catholic Cemetery, Otis IN. Her husband Arthur preceded her in death. Surviving is a duahgter Mrs Pauline Dobrowolski of Whiting IN;

four grandchildren; four great grandchildren and asister in law, Mrs Irene Knaack of Calumet City IN.

Born 25 Apr 1971, s/o William Kenneth Hack & Elizabeth Jane Taberski Hack; d] 26 Jun 1998, age 27, a resident at 601 Bourbon St, Bourbon IN; after an extended illness at 11 a.m. in the Countryside Place Nursing Home, Knox IN where he had been a resident since jan. of this year. Jason moved to Titusville Fla in 1980, moved back to Bourbon in 1993. His mother died Jan 1988. He graduated from Astronaut Hi School, Titusville IN in 1989; worked as a volunteer hosp. aux. memeber at Jess Parish

Hosp, Titusville. Mas at St Michaels Roman Cath Ch,Plymouth; burial in St Joseph’s Cem So Bend. On 8 Apr 1984 wed April Swihart at Walnut Church of the Brethren in Argos IN. He worked in fast food service; Bourbon Dairy Queen & Plymouth Arbys. Surviving are his wife April, a 2 yr old daughter, Elizabeth Jane, both of Bourbon; his father Wm and wife Gail of Palm Bay Fla; 3 brothers ; Jim & Sherri hack of Longwood Fla; Jeffrey & Armanda Hack of Austin Tx & Jeremy Hack of New River AZ; 2 nephews, 2 nieces; his inlaws, Ronald & Cathy Swihart of Etna Green & mrs Charles Collner, his paternal great grandother of New Carlisle.

MICHELE A HACK - Nee Mazurkiewicz; w/o David

Born 11 Oct 1950; died 4 Jan 1996 age 45 of Riborude Drive at 7:20 p.m. in Memorial Hospital after an illness. Mrs Hack was a special education teacher for SBd Communitiy School Corp. Services at Corpus Christi Catholic Church; burial in St Joseph Cemetery. On 18 Aug 1973 as Michele Mazurkiewicz she married David W Hack who survives with 3 daughters: Sara, katie and Emily; her mother, Mrs Ida Mazurkiewicz of SBd, 2 sisters, Mrs Diana Shuey of SBd and Mrs Patti Vavul of Granger IN; 2 brtohers, james and John Mazurkiewicz both of SBd. She graduated Ball State U & Indiana U.

LOUIS M HADRICK

Born 8 Jul 1914; died 18 Oct 1978 age 64 of 1941 Prarie, a foremr city policeman; died at 1:40 p.m. at Lakeview Community Hosp, Paw Paw Mich. He suffered a heart attack 10 days previously while at his cottage on Gravel lake. Retired as Captain in SBd Police Dept from 1942 - 1963. After retirement, he worked natl Bank as a security officer, Municipal Garage & as a foreman for SBd Street Dept. Also in several local government offices; e.i. So Bend Water Works. Services held at Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church; burial at St Joseph Valley memorial Park, Granger. On 27 Jul 1940 he married Doris Anderson who survives with 3 sons: Thomas of kansas City MO; Robert of Berlin NJ and Rick at home; 4 grandchildren; a sister Mrs Clara Smith of So Bend, a brother, John of Ocala Fla.

BERTHA MARY HAGEN - Nee Kiedrowski; w/o Howard H

Born 23 Jul 1911 in Buffalo NY to Frank & Victoria [Piechowiak] Kiedrowski, & lived here for 22 yrs coming from Buffalo. Bertha died 29 Sept 1998 age 87 of Hampshire Drive at 1:45 a.m. in St Joseph Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents & 8 brothers and sisters: Leo Wagner, Rosalyn Harper, Frank Wagner, Clara Vanderlinden, Florence Stockman, Cecelia Schoemick, Irene helm and Genevieve Kreuder. A member of St Matthew’s Cathedral; services at a latter date in Buffalo NY.

Cremation and burial in White Chapel Cemetery, Tonawanda NY. No visitation. On 2 Aug 1930 in Buffalo she wed Howard H Hagen who died 24 Jul 1963. Suviving are her daughter, Mrs Sharon [Wm] McKenna; a son, Howard [Mary] Hagen of East Aurora NY; 11 grandchildren: Collen McKenna of Bloomington, Sean McKenna of Richmond Va, Erin McKenna of Portland Ore, Kathy [Craig] Eckhart, Howard J Hagen, James [Susan] Hagen, Beverly [Robert] King, Donna [David] Szuba all of Buffalo NY; William [Eileen] Hagen of Rochester NY; Andrew [Michelle] Hagen of Henderson Nev; Kurt Hagen of CA; 17 great grandchildren.

Born 4 Sept 1911 in Elkhart IN; died 15 Feb 1995, age 83 of St Paul’s Retirement Community at 7 P.m. in St Joseph Medical Center after an illness. A member of Grace United Methodist church; burial in Highland Cemetery. On 9 Mar 1935 as Olive J Basler she married George hahn who died 2 May 1988. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs Georgia Hamilton of Edwardsburg MI and Mrs Barbara Dickey of So Bend, 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, mrs Alberta Null of Chicago and Mrs Esther Luczkowski of SBd.
