Redeeming vouchers for the 2021 UMKC Graduation & Commencement

Accessing Vouchers

? To access your vouchers go to UMKC ? Click the `Access Vouchers' Button

Logging Into Your Account

? If you have an account email address and password enter it here and click `Login'.

? If you have do not have an account click `Sign Up' and enter the requested information.

? If you do not remember your password or receive a message that an account already exists when signing up, use the `Forgot Password' Option.

? Please note that if you have purchased tickets to a Kansas City Royals baseball game online, the email address used for that purchase will be your email address

Entering Voucher Codes

? Once logged in, you will be taken to the `Voucher Programs' page pictured here.

? You will need to enter all seven of your voucher codes in the text box. (1 Graduate code, and 6 Guest codes)

? After each code is entered a message will appear confirming your voucher code has been successfully added.

? A tile labeled `2021 UMKC Commencement' with your commencement time will be displayed after entering the codes. Click the tile to view your vouchers.

Redeeming Vouchers

? Click the Redeem button at the bottom of the page and check boxes will appear to the left of each voucher.

Redeeming Graduate Vouchers

? One (1) voucher will be labeled `UMKC Graduate'.

? Select this voucher and redeem it first. Graduate vouchers cannot be redeemed with Guest vouchers.

? Once you have selected the voucher click `continue'.

Redeeming Graduate Vouchers

? You will be taken to the seat selection page.

? On the right side of the page change the search options by clicking the `Section' Tile.

? Now Click `Add to Cart'.

Redeeming Graduate Vouchers

? You are now in the final cart.

? Click the Terms & Conditions check box at the bottom of the screen and click continue to complete your Graduate Voucher Redemption.
