LKQ Corporation, and its subsidiaries, including Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. (¡°LKQ¡±), distributes

a broad range of new, recycled, remanufactured and reconditioned automotive and truck replacement

products through its company owned and operated locations. Platinum Plus is LKQ¡¯s own brand of

collision repair products and is the industry¡¯s leading premium brand of collision repair products.

Platinum Plus suppliers meet all the specifications of the Keystone Platinum Plus Quality Assurance

Program, which is a specific set of requirements that LKQ has established for suppliers which are similar

to what the OEM¡¯s require of their suppliers.

WHAT IS COVERED

Platinum Plus products from LKQ Corporation are protected by an industry-leading Limited Lifetime

Warranty on replacement wheels*, plastic and steel bumper covers, fenders, hoods, grilles and other

automotive and truck replacement parts. LKQ warrants its parts to be free of defects in material and

workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed. The

Limited Lifetime warranty includes perforation (metal rust-through) due to corrosion in normal use. In

the event of a failure, LKQ or its subsidiaries will replace, repair or refund the purchase price at LKQ¡¯s

option. To make a claim, you must provide proof of purchase to your place of purchase, or the business

which installed the part, and a new part will be provided without charge. Reimbursement of installation

labor, if incurred as a result of the failure of the Platinum Plus part, must be pre-approved by LKQ.

Grassmere Park Drive, Nashville, TN 37211. This warranty applies to vehicles registered and normally

operated in the United States and Canada.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not include any costs involved in installation (without pre-approval from LKQ) nor

does it cover failure or perforation resulting from accident, damage, abuse or improper installation. This

warranty does not apply to commercial vehicles. *Chrome plated aluminum wheels have a one year

warranty.

LKQ CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING

OUT OF THE USE OF ITS PARTS

Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above

limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also

have other rights which may vary from state to state.
