World Ocean’s day is approaching on 8th June. This is an annual event (happens once every year) that celebrates the amazing life that can be found in the world’s oceans. It ghighlights the importance of the Oceans on the rest of Earth life and highlights issues such as pollution in our Oceans. See PowerPoint.Watch videoChoose whether you want to make a poster or a leaflet (or both) The aim of the poster or leaflet is to encourage people to protect the world’s oceans and its creatures and plant lifeToday- watch the PowerPoint and video. Make a plan that includes the reasons why people should look after the Oceans and ideas how people could better protect the world’s oceans. A simple template is on the website if you wish to use it.Today-Use your plan/ list of ideas to decide which ideas are the most important and interesting to include in your poster or leaflet. Continue with your art journal.Continue with your art journal. ‘Tickled pink’- in school we use a pink pen to highlight when the children have achieved part of the success criteria. We use green pen (green for growth) to highlight any next steps or tips to make improvements. On Seesaw we have been using a pink octopus to indicate pink and a shooting green leaf to indicate green pen. The children then use purple pen to make any corrections or improvements. ................
