• Swimming for Special Education Students: Advocated and arranged for our school’s CDC classes to receive swimming lessons for a two week period at the YMCA.

• Scheduling Committee: Collaborated with a group of special area and classroom teachers to develop a proposal for the building wide schedule.

• America’s Promise Sponsor: Grant based initiative directed toward developing relationships with

at-risk students in after school activities and community projects.

• Extended Contract Committee: Determined allocations of extended contracts.

• Southern Association of Colleges and Schools: Evaluation Committee: Evaluated the

effectiveness of the School Improvement Plan.

• Physical Education Community Activities: Punt, Pass, and Kick Competitions, P. E. Central

Challenge, and Hersey’s Track Meet. Responsible for holding school-wide competitions, practice

and instructions for competitors, and distributing information. Several students have won local

competitions and gone on to compete at District, Regional, and Sectional Competitions.
