Ideal for showing long lengths of fabric, from heavy banners to lightweight sheers. Also great for showing complementary patterns or colors stitched together to form one long banner, or combine two smaller widths on the same bar for side-by-side display. Sturdy steel arm available in two construction styles in an assortment of sizes and metal finishes. Each provides:

Steel, rectangular frames with white tackboard inserts are a staple for displaying a large assortment of fabric samples. This system offers the flexibility to display one large sample, composite of smaller samples or any combination. Simply stapling samples to the insert board allows quick,

easy updates. Select from three construction styles, each welded to form a sturdy, one piece wing, with plastic separators to keep adjacent wings from touching. Several standard sizes in six standard colors. Special finishes available.

Wallcovering and Trim Applications

On the wall or in a floor installation, our Multiplex Wallcovering Wings make an attractive and easy-to-use showcase for your samples. Dual-sided wing provides a page-by-page presentation of your lines, encouraging browsing by your clients. Add the Multiplex Signage Clip (see page 6S) for your quick reference.

Each rectangular frame is composed of steel, welded to form a one-piece wing...creating a display tool that can be used repeatedly. The plastic separators included on each wing prevent adjacent wings from touching. All wings include a 1/4'' insert board that was designed specifically

for this application. These wings are top-loading, allowing the filler board to be easily removed and reinserted. (Replacement boards available ? see page 6S.) Wallpaper paste or staples may be used for attaching samples.

Then for your smaller treasures, like trim and tassels, Multiplex offers wings in smaller sizes with the same construction styles. Most of these wings also include insert boards. (See chart below.)

E Installation Support System

Multiplex wings are designed to fit into steel angle iron (AKA main frames, pivot bars, rails, #19) hardware. These bars consist of a top and bottom rail, punched with a specific size pivot hole at a specified spacing. Each wing must be coordinated to the matching pivot hole size. Fabric and wallcovering installations utilize the lighter gauge 2'' x 2'' rails. Each style includes installation instructions and hardware.

The Miller Group makes it easy! Select the installation system that best fits your situation.

? Wall-mounted systems are the most popular. In any given space, a wall system will accommodate more wings than a floor system, providing more display opportunities. Load-bearing walls are mandatory.

? Floor models utilize the pivot bars of a wall installation with the addition of support legs to provide a freestanding installation. Bolting to the floor is recommended.

? Multipost? provides the look of a wall installation; it's the perfect alternative when load-bearing walls are not available. (See page 6S.)

IMPORTANT! Have your architect, contractor or structural engineer certify your structural load-bearing wall.

Freestanding Main Frames

These all-steel, self-supportable systems assemble easily and accommodate most Multiplex wings. Select from single- or double-sided models. Placed against a wall or across a corner, they make an attractive display. Set in an open area, they create a special display island, particularly using the double-sided model. Standard maximum overall width of 16'; any standard spacing and pivot hole size available. Overall height may be adjusted to your requirements. Custom production requires assistance from a Showroom Specialist.

Stocking Program

This program (QS19) offers main frames in standard cut lengths that may be butted together or cut down in field to allow you to build the perfect length of wall rail. Regardless of spacing, each rail is drilled to sustain the spacing when fitted to a second rail. One set of adjustable end stops is required per run/bay. These fit into the pivot hole of your end wings, between the rail and the wing. End stops are designed to maintain the proper angle of viewing for the end wings.

Custom Wall Main Frames

In lieu of our Stocking Program, custom rails may be produced to a specific length for your application to accommodate any quantity of wings. The pivot bar length is equal to the number of wings minus one, multiplied by the spacing, plus 3'', which accommodates the end stops. Measure location; allow 2/3 width of wing at each end to provide 90-degree angle of opening. Please allow sufficient lead time for engineering drawings and production time.
