? 30% of the estimated first year compensation for the position, plus out-of-pocket expenses. ? 28 % of the estimated first year compensation for the position, plus out-of-pocket expenses, if second seach assignment is commissioned within a 12-month period. ? 25 % of the estimated first year compensation for the position, plus out-of-pocket expenses, if three or more seach assignments are commissioned within a 12-month period.

Follow-up Searches: ? In the event a search fails, Contractor will conduct a replacement search for no additional fee, only out-of-pockets expenses.

Payment is required as follows: ? 1/4 upon signing of contract. ? 1/4 one month from signing of contract. ? 1/4 two months from signing of contract. ? 1/4 (adjusted up or down, depending on the compensation acutally offered on the successful candidate) upon hiring of candidate.

Reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket expenses:

? Necessary and reasonable expenses; including telephone, travel and office expenses directly related to the assignment. ? Travel must be approved before it occurs. ? Candiate travel is reimbursed to candidate directly. ? Either party may terminate at any time, but payments made are not refundable and expenses due must be paid. ? If person hired leaves within two years for any reason other than an act of God (including failing health), Contractor will conduct a follow-up or replacement search at no additional fee, charging only out-of-pocket expenses.
