I was in the CCSP training at SSC PAC in San Diego the week of 17 September. I believe you asked to hear back on how students did on the CCSP. This morning I passed! Christopher *, F-35 JSF ALIS-N Engineering Support, SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific, C2 & Intelligence Systems Engineering Branch.

Just to let you know that I passed the CAP exam last Wednesday!  The Fundamentals and In-Depth RMF training sure played a part, the Official Guide to the CAP from ISC2 was pretty essential as a study guide.  Additionally, there is no substitution from knowing certain NIST documents, especially 800-37, 800-39, FIPS 199, and 800-53r4. Again, thanks for the good RMF training.

My government facility provides contractual oversight of govt contracts with Newport News Shipbuilding.  In my case, my group has technical oversight of shipboard mission critical networks.  So, I am not an IT wanted to let you know that I successfully passed the Certified Information Systems Security Professional but need to know enough to be dangerous and ask the right questions.  After your course, I'm definitely armed with the information I need.  Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

Mr. Matthey,

7/5/2015 CISSP

The course was excellent and prepared me well. Your approach to describing subject/objects/controls was very effective, and it is still stuck in my head. While I didn't see all the topics you covered, the areas I did see were spot on.

Overall, great class and I passed in 2 hrs and 15 minutes. Thanks for the help!
