Registering for an Account

Create your account on or the appropriate website.

Creating a New User Account 1. Click Create Account at the top of the home page.

Creating a New User Account for Service Transfers Once a lender transfers a loan to LoanCare, it can take up to ten days before you can register for a website account.

1. Click Help Center > Service Transfers.

2. Type all required information requested on the Create an Account page.

3. Select the I'm not a robot reCAPTCHA check box, then click CONTINUE.

4. Answer the reCAPTCHA challenge image and click Verify. 5. Click Continue. The Online Banking and EFT Disclosure page

displays. 6. Read through the disclosure, then select the I ACCEPT THE

TERMS AND AGREEMENT check box. 7. Click Submit. The Registration Complete dialog box displays. 8. Click CONTINUE. 9. Type the User ID and Password. 10. Click Sign in. 11. Set up Multi-factor Authentication.

2. Click FIND YOUR NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER.

3. Type the Previous Loan Number. 4. Type the last four digits of the Social Security Number. 5. Select the I'm not a robot reCAPTCHA check box. 6. Answer the reCAPTCHA challenge image and click Verify. 7. Click CONTINUE. 8. Click Continue. The Create Account page displays. The new

loan number displays in the Loan Number field. 9. Type in all required information. 10. Select the I'm not a robot reCAPTCHA check box, then click

CONTINUE. 11. Answer the reCAPTCHA challenge image and click Verify. 12. Click Continue. The Online Banking and EFT Disclosure page

displays. 13. Read through the disclosure, then click the I ACCEPT THE

TERMS AND AGREEMENTS check box. 14. Click Submit. The Registration Complete dialog box displays.

15. Click CONTINUE. 16. Type the User ID and Password. 17. Click Sign in. 18. Set up Multi-factor Authentication.

Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

You can set up either or both SMS Authentication and/or Voice Call Authentication

1. Click Setup underneath the appropriate option.

Unlocking an Account Using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

You can use MFA to unlock your account.

1. Click Need help signing in? 2. Click Unlock Account?

2. Select Country from the drop-down list. 3. Type the Phone Number and click Send Code.

Note: You must always click Send Code. 4. Type the code number received from either the phone call or text

message, then click Verify. Note: Type the code as soon as you receive it. It expires quickly. 5. Click Finish.

3. Type the User ID and select the option for unlocking the account: SMS, Voice Call, or Email.

- SMS and Voice Call: Type the code you receive and click Verify.

- Email: Click the Unlock Account link. 4. Click Back to Sign In.

Resetting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

1. Log in to the website. 2. Click My Profile. 3. Locate Reset Multi Factor Authentication and click RESET

MFA. 4. Click LOG OUT. 5. Log in to the website and configure the MFA options.

Resetting Your Password

1. Click Need help signing in? 2. Click Forgot Password?

Using

3. Type the User ID and select the option to reset your password: SMS, Voice Call, or Email.

- SMS and Voice Call: Type the code you receive and click Verify.

- Email: Click the Reset Your Password link.

4. Type the new password and re-enter the new password, then click the Reset Password button.
