SCHOOL HONORSFrankfort High School has been awarded Exemplary Status as one of the top seven high schools in West Virginia for five years, most recently in 2018. 33% of the Frankfort High School Class of 2020 earned the PROMISE Scholarship. Frankfort High School graduates have earned other prestigious merit scholarships, including the WVU Foundation Presidential Scholarship, and recent appointments to the US Naval Academy and the US Air Force Academy. Additionally, the school has produced outstanding teams for academic competitions. Athletically, Frankfort High School fields varsity teams in 14 sports. These teams have been competitive on local and state levels with several championships being won by teams and individuals. The Frankfort High School Girls Track Team won the state championship in 2013. ................
