This is the final report of the Faculty Senate Program Review Committee of the undergraduate and graduate programs in Workforce Education in the Department of Educational Leadership in the College of Education. The report is based on the department’s self-study for XX Accreditation submitted in XXXX. We also interviewed the Director of the School, and conducted separate group interviews of the program coordinators (2 individuals), full-time faculty (5 individuals), and student leaders (6 individuals). Our conclusions are based on this information.

Program faculty should be commended for training a large number of students with only limited resources. (The School’s current headcount is 640 students). Students felt that the curriculum was fairly rigorous and demanding. Nevertheless, a chronic lack of resources is causing the program to face some serious problems. These problems are touched on in various sections of this report.

We would like to thank the Director, Dr. XXX, for his/her assistance in arranging interviews, and to the program faculty and student leaders for taking the time to meet with us.
