Please be informed that the Senate President has authorized the filling-up of the vacant

position below in the Senate Secretariat.

We are inviting interested applicants to submit their applications through email at

recruitment.senatehrms@ or via courier addressed to the HRMS Recruitment

and Selection Unit of the Senate of the Philippines during the 30-day posting period and

submission of applications. After such period, no application shall be entertained.

Interested applicants should submit the following documents to HRMS:

1. Letter of Application indicating the specific position you are applying for

together with the correct item number and office.

2. Notarized Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017) with

signature, thumb mark and passport-sized ID picture.

3. Work Experience Sheet with signature and date.

4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records/Diploma from the School Registrar

5. Photocopy of CSC Certificate of Eligibility and/or other appropriate eligibility

6. Photocopy of Certificate of training/seminar attended

7. Certificate of Employment/Service Record (for non-Senate Personnel):

8. Photocopy of Performance Evaluation Form for the last two rating periods (for

non-Senate Personnel): for the last rating period (for Senate Personnel)

Only applicants with complete documents shall be considered for evaluation.

Incomplete submission of documents after the 30-day posting period and submission of

applications will not be processed.

Submission of your application shall authorize the HRMS to include your name among

the list of applicants to be posted in the Senate website for at least fifteen (15) calendar

days in compliance with the 2024 Senate Secretariat Merit Selection and Promotion

Plan.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

1. Prepares letters, reports, and other correspondence relative to the concern of the

Recruitment and Selection Unit.

2. Receives/evaluates applications vis-a-vis the prescribed qualification standards

of the CSC.

3. Coordinates with units concerned regarding the interview of personnel and

applicants

4. Prepares the CSC Bulletin of Vacant Positions in the government.

5. Prepares materials/documents used by the Promotion and Selection Board.

6. Attends the Promotion and Selection Board deliberations in the Senate

Secretariat.

7. Attends to queries and requests of personnel/applicants regarding the vacancies

and their status of application.

8. Assists in coordinating the administrative functions of the unit.

9. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

1. Facilitates the implementation of training programs.

2. Prepares/updates employee training profile, skills and inventories and

compiles, maintains, and updates training records.

3. Prepares reports and other correspondence pertaining to training and

development programs.

4. Performs liaison work with other offices in connection with the availment of

training and development programs.

5. Assists the OJT coordinator in the implementation of the Senate internship

program.

6. Assists in gathering/verifying date for studies and research and other special

projects.

7. Coordinates the administrative functions in the implementation of training

programs.

8. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
