Introduction

This workbook is a companion piece to the "Introduc6on to the Law of A:rac6on" guide. It is best used in conjunc6on with the guide. Start reading through the eBook, then come back to the workbook and complete the chapters.

While it does not follow the LOA guide le:er by le:er, it complements it, helping you prac6ce and reinforce what you're learning in the guide. You can either read the guide in its en6rety and then come back to the workbook, working through the sec6on and refer back to the guide for more informa6on as needed. Or if you prefer, you can read a chapter of the guide, and then work through the corresponding pages in this workbook. Either method works. Chose that one that works best for you and your style of learning.

Work through the material at your own pace. There is no right or wrong way to start making the Law of A:rac6on work for you. Take your 6me and really think about what you want in your life.

It's important to write things down. Not only will it help you get very clear about what you want, it also helps deepen your connec6on with it and gets you well on your way towards manifes6ng the things you want. It is also nice to be able to look back a few weeks or months from now and no6ce how much of what you've wanted to change in your life has already changed for the be:er. As you read through the main guide, you'll learn that you have to change your mind on both a conscious and subconscious level to change the vibra6ons you're giving off. Wri6ng will help you get there sooner. Ideally you should print this out, grab a pen, get comfortable and start to work through the guide.

This guide is not meant to work through in one siMng. Take your 6me, reflect on what you want to accomplish, write it down, and then come back when you're ready to work on the next sec6on.

Implemen6ng the Law of A:rac6on is all about changing your mind ? both the conscious and the subconscious. I'm going to walk you through a simple, four-step process that will help you become very clear about what you want.

Decide What You Want in Life

The first step to geMng what you want in life is to decide what exactly you want. Think about all aspects of your life that you could improve. This include things like:

? Health ? Weight ? Rela6onships ? Finances ? Living Situa6on ? Job or Business Decide what you want to change and improve in all areas of your life. You can work on all of these different things at once, or you can focus on the most important one first, and then add the others in the mix as you get more comfortable with the next few steps.
