Dear CareerStaff, ReadyNurse, and ProCare Employees,

Traveling with no access to your mail or inbox?

Moving and need to change your address?

Scheduling a vacation and not sure how much time you have available?

Changing banks and need to update your direct deposit information?

Buying a home or car and need copies of pay check stubs?

 

These are all things that in the past have been hard to get to because it has required stopping and faxing in pieces of paper or searching for a paper check stub.

 

Good News!!!  CareerStaff can now offer you direct access to your employee information online.  You can take care of all of this now using our Employee Self Service powered by Lawson.

 

Employee Self Service includes the following services:

• Pay Stub Review

• Direct Deposit enrollment and maintenance

• Personal Information Maintenance

• Tax Withholding Maintenance

• Vacation and Sick Balance Review

 

You can access all of these services today by following these steps:

You log on to from your home or office computer using Internet Explorer  

1. Enter your username: xxxxxx (Six-digit employee ID# can be found on your check stub)

2. Enter your password: mmyyssss (mm: birth month yy: birth year: ssss: last 4 digits of SSN)

Keep track of your username and password; you will be asked to change it every 90 days.

 

To help you become familiar with our new system, Attached is a quick reference guide and high level FAQ’s.

 

We will continue to produce paycheck stubs for direct deposit participants and distribute them through the 11/20/11 pay period. After that, we will discontinue the process and start saving trees!!!  For those of you still receiving live checks, these will be mailed directly from Albuquerque, NM to your home address as listed in our payroll system. So please be aware your checks could take longer to get to you. We know that most employees would prefer to not have printed copies and be environmentally responsible. However, all employees can still print a copy of their paystubs at our local office if they so choose.
