DESCRIPTION OF DATA - University of Washington

DESCRIPTION OF ECG DATA FOR FINAL PROJECT

All data was sampled at 250Hz and leads II and V1 of each data set are denoted as filename.ii and filename.v1. Each file contains 10 seconds of data. The files have been bidirectionally filtered at 0.5Hz to remove baseline wander due to respiration.

bsl3e01: Normal sinus rhythm with 1st degree AV block with occasional PVCs. Right BBB, Left Atrial enlargement, Left Ventricular Hypertrophy with QRS widening.

bsl16e00: Atrial Fibrillation with PVCs, RBBB, LV Hypertrophy with QRS widening.

bsl36e00: Normal sinus rhythm, LBBB*

bsl51e00: Normal sinus rhythm, Long QT syndrome

bsl52e00: Normal sinus rhythm

bsl53e00: Normal sinus rhythm

bsl55e00: Normal sinus rhythm

bsl62e00: Normal sinus rhythm (the lead II data is over-amplified, but that should not be a problem)

bsl65e00: Normal sinus rhythm, LBBB (subtle/intermittent)

bsl69e00: Normal sinus rhythm

bsl70e01: Normal sinus rhythm, LBBB

bsl83e00: Normal sinus rhythm, LBBB

bsl85e02: Normal sinus rhythm, LBBB (the .v1 dat looks right but the .ii data looks more like the v2 or aVR lead II lead) *

bsl86e00: Normal sinus rhythm (the .v1 data looks like NSR. The .ii data is what I would expect from the v1 trace from a patient with RBBB, and you may use it as such.)*

* Revision as of March 2005, based on Chris Neils’ interpretation of the plots, using criteria from Rapid ECG interpretation by M. Gabriel Khan, c2003 (earlier ed. 1997).
