We Asked Our Members

Why They Belong To Rotary

They Said:

It’s a great way to give back to the community

Fellowship. Community Service. Networking. Day-old cookies.

The opportunity to meet & become acquainted with other business and professionals in the community.

You can become a member of a club gaining many good friendships.

First class fellowship

It’s a good community service organization.

The national organization does great projects worldwide.

Great opportunity for service & fellowship.

Opportunity to meet people outside of my own business and profession, to participate in community service projects, and belong to a worldwide organization with resources sufficient to really make a difference.

An opportunity to serve our community!

To be a part of service globally.

The fellowships with other citizens of the valley. The informational presentations.

To meet and be involved with local leaders of the area and get involved with needs of the area. Friendships.

The people! The humor! The community-mindedness of the group. And, the humor!

My reason for joining Rotary years ago was the youth exchange and the projects we do locally as well as projects overseas. I like Rotary’s vision.

Platform for service! Sense of community. Opportunity to hear speakers on several subjects. International understanding.

I enjoy the association with a great group of people & I feel good about belonging to an organization that does so much community good.

Rotary provides me the opportunity to be involved in a MULTI - racial, cultural, faith organization without preference to economic ability or political choices for a greater good without selfish agenda.

To help my community and be active in the community.

I like Rotary because it is an easy way to give back to our community through service projects.

The fellowship & community service. The worthwhile programs that Rotary International funds and conducts.

Fellowship. Service to others.

To see friends. Help the valley. Be a part

of a good organization.

It’s a chance to get away from the office once a week, have a nice lunch with interesting people, and listen to a talk on current events

in the area.

I like the fellowship and the sense of community that comes with membership.

Come enjoy good fellowship and serve the community. Getting a chance to meet & become friends with people of the business community.

It’s fun to work on some of our special events. Good way to meet people & new friends.

It's the only organization I can belong to in our small rural community that allows me to touch lives anywhere in the world. When I'm at a Rotary meeting, I'm with like-minded people who "give back" in far-reaching ways.

It is a great organization to associate with and has many good goals.

It is an honor to be part of such an altruistic organization. The fellowship at our weekly meetings is a great reprieve from the daily work environment

What a great opportunity to connect with our community. Life-long friendships are formed.
