_____ Gate 2 Program Status Check – Green Status (Attach copy of email)
_____ Financial need (TEAA Scholarship does not apply if tuition is already covered
by another scholarship)
_____ All As and Bs in Education courses (Attach updated DCPA)
_____ Essay indicating commitment to teaching and experiences related to teaching (see
email for further instructions)
_____ First Generation College Student (Please check YES or NO. Not required, but
preference may be given):
