Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the City of Elsberry will conduct an open meeting on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 6:30 pm at Elsberry City Hall.

7. Petitions, remonstrances, complaints and requests and the hearing of any person or
group desiring to address the Board, each of whom have filed prior requests to be
placed on the agenda in compliance with City Code 24.105
- Request for picnic license for the ECGA (Elsberry Community Growth Assoc.) for the Fall Festival Biergarten at Providence Bank Park on Saturday, September 29th, 2018 - City Clerk Sue Hogarth on behalf of ECGA - Variance Approval for Mike & Virginia Spies to build a carport / shed structure as a separate unattached building near the side of their home at 712 N. 5th St. – - Virginia Spies and City Clerk Sue Hogarth

“A Resolution of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Elsberry, Missouri Educating The City’s Voters Concerning The Impact Of Missouri Proposition D To Be Voted On At The November 6, 2018 Election” – City Attorney Rob Guinness
This resolution was presented by the Missouri Municipal League (MML) regarding the state motor fuel tax that will be on the November 2018 ballot to help the cities of Missouri educate the voters in their municipalities

17. Miscellaneous Business
- Request to schedule special session meeting on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 6PM at City Hall to hold a Public Hearing to hear public comment on, and to consider, a request by CSI Digital on behalf of Yondoo Broadband to construct a small prefabricated telecommunication building at 505 Broadway in Elsberry, MO to serve as the technician’s office and principally house a generator and necessary equipment to deliver high-speed data and entertainment. This lot is zoned Central Business District and CSI Digital has applied for a special use permit to allow for this structure without any plumbing facilities – City Clerk Sue Hogarth
18. Public comment by any person or group desiring to address the Board who has not
filed prior requests to be placed on the agenda in compliance with City Code 24.105.
19. Vote to take up business to be conducted in closed session.
20. Adjournment
