Education Lens Program

Program Overview

? Order policy is limited to two Alcon contact lens brands, per student, per year of optometry school

? A six month supply is approved for each contact lens brand ordered

? Each Alcon contact lens brand may be ordered one time during the student's academic career to gain experience and trial of multiple Alcon contact lenses

? All currently available contact lenses are available under this program

? We request that students be involved in the examination and prescribing of all lenses

? Optometry schools should designate one person as the Education Lens Program Coordinator to process student orders and is responsible that these guidelines are followed

? Only Education Lens Program Coordinators are authorized to order and should visit and use specially designated account numbers associated with this lens program

? This program does not apply to faculty, administration, residents and staff. Contact Tom Duchardt at tom.duchardt@ for a 30 day trial under the Alcon Personal Evaluation Contact Lens Request Form

Ordering Process

1. Once logged in to , click Regular Order and Revenue tab to see and select retail product

2. Enter correct lens information, student/patient name and click Add to Cart

3. Verify order details and click Submit Order

4. Track orders and view account statements
