The Lincoln Director program is designed to offer flexible options, fiduciary protection and personalized support that can help meet the goals of you and your clients.

The Lincoln Director program offers three key benefits

Flexibility

Competitive pricing Lincoln Director offers customized pricing structures to help meet the unique needs of each opportunity. Plans are automatically repriced on an annual basis, and as plan assets grow, the pricing is adjusted.

Features Choose from an extensive selection of funds and brand name managers with no proprietary fund requirements as well as multiple QDIA options.

Tiered service model Provides a broader spectrum of services as clients grow with Lincoln.

Investments Create an investment lineup that is right for you and your clients by selecting one of these three options:

? Workforce To meet the needs of varying workforce populations, Ibbotson has carefully constructed three investment lineups--Fundamental, Standard, and Extended--based on specific workforce characteristics. Working with Ibbotson, you and your client select the lineup that is most appropriate, and Ibbotson acts as either a 3(21) or 3(38) fiduciary.

? Choice For additional flexibility within the Workforce lineups, you can create a customized lineup within the Ibbotson framework. Within any of the three Choice lineups--Choice Fundamental, Choice Standard, or Choice Extended--you can select from a range of investments in each asset class. In this case, Ibbotson serves as a 3(21) fiduciary.

? Custom Custom lineups are available if you and your client wish to build a lineup from the full range of program investments without limitations. Ibbotson does not provide fiduciary support for custom lineups.

Ibbotson Insight Series Ibbotson helps shoulder the burden of fiduciary responsibility. If you select the Workforce or Choice investment lineup approach, Ibbotson provides 3(21) or 3(38) fiduciary services. Ibbbotson does not provide fiduciary support for custom lineups.

Stadion Money Management, LLC Stadion can also help satisfy your clients' fiduciary responsibilities, as each of their investment models qualifies as a QDIA. Stadion will serve as the 3(38) fiduciary investment manager to all participants for whom they manage assets.

Fiduciary support also includes methodology documents, quarterly watch list, and custom investment policy statement.

Local sales support Your local wholesaler can help you build your business in many ways, including providing assistance with prospecting, competitive analysis and benchmarking.

Dedicated implementation & account management teams With an average of more than 20 years of experience, Lincoln professionals can guide you and your clients through the most complex situations.

Local plan design consultants and administration Lincoln's TPA-centric approach gives you the opportunity to partner with the local administrator of your choice.
