Web portal -- Emdeon Dental Service Connect at Verify patient eligibility and benefits and submit and track claims. You can easily access the Web portal from your office system; there are no separate systems required.

Toll-free customer service number -- 1-800-423-2765 Verify patients' eligibility and request pre-authorizations. Pre-authorization decisions will be returned via fax within five minutes, outlining the patient's eligibility and benefits.

You can also request oral translation services at no charge, for your Lincoln patients who need assistance speaking or reading English.
