Standing Room Only Tickets Information for Game Day Staff

The Philadelphia Eagles are now selling "Standing Room Only" tickets to all Eagles games. The Standing Room Only tickets are valid for stadium admission but do not entitle the person to a seat. Guests with Standing Room Only tickets may watch the game from the HeadHouse plaza (on the video screen) or from open areas within the stadium (like the Chrysler-Jeep Plaza and South Plaza). There are some additional guidelines for Standing Room Only tickets.

This information sheet has been prepared to give you the information that you need to assist and direct Guests appropriately.

You are expected to read, understand and follow the information on this sheet. If you have any questions or need additional information, contact your supervisor.

Standing Room Only Ticket Guidelines

Please note that all Standing Room Only tickets come with the following conditions:

? Standing Room Only tickets are valid for stadium admission for the game and date noted on the ticket.

? Standing Room Only tickets permit access to HeadHouse Plaza and open areas within the stadium (e.g. plazas). Standing Room Only tickets do not grant access to the seating bowl. Standing is not permitted in entryways, aisles, rear of seating sections or in wheelchair and companion platform seating areas.

? Standing Room Only tickets do not entitle the holder to a seat in the stadium. Portable chairs are not permitted.

? Guests are expected to act responsibly and observe the stadium Code of Conduct, smoking and alcohol policies.

? Violators of stadium policies are subject to ejection, arrest and revocation/cancellation of tickets.

Where They Can Stand

Here is a brief summary of where Guests with Standing Room Only tickets may and may not stand:

Guests with Standing Room Only may not block access to aisles, entryways, voms, etc. Staff must continue to keep these areas clear.

All areas approved for Standing Room Only may be used by any Guest (with reserved seating ticket or a Standing Room Only ticket) on a first come basis. There are no "special" areas exclusively for Standing Room Only ticket holders.

Instructions for Game Day Staff

If you have Guests standing in your vom or any other area not approved for standing, follow this procedure:

1. Approach the Guest or Guests. Greet them with a "Hello." Always be courteous when speaking with Guests.

2. Ask to see their tickets .

3. If their tickets are Standing Room Only tickets, tell them that where they are is not approved for Standing Room and direct them to an appropriate Standing Room location.

4. If the Guests do not follow your guidance, call for assistance from your supervisor and/or security.
