Suman has 14 years of experience in the IT industry, Software Business, and Quality Assurance. Currently, he is a Senior Consultant at CGI, providing specialized support to the Capital Markets division by working closely with the regulatory reporting services team for a Big 5 Canadian Bank. He also conducts hiring interviews for Business Analyst and Quality Analyst roles at his current firm. He was the core committee member of student college placements and had been working with Senior Management in conducting, hiring & recruitment fairs since 2009.

Suman is certified as an Agile Product Owner and Product Manager and a Certified Financial and Capital Markets Professional.

Suman has coached & mentored several job aspirants and helped many job seekers get placed in their dream job by helping them through references, resume review, LinkedIn branding, profile optimization, and interview preparation.
