historical data. The said system is currently being used by Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwhich, and Mang Inasal.

Developed and automated several tools that solved the issues encountered in their Web Ordering Operations. 1.) Duplicate Order

Filtering 2.) Delivery Frequency Checker 3.) Late Order Monitoring.

Fixed major/minor system bugs. Organized the Store Grouping. Added database input validation. Removed null password flag.

Implemented Lead Time (scheduled) Tasks.

Improved the overall performance of the Web Ordering System (SWS) through efficient coding and database management. Generated Sales

Order Files in a few seconds. Archived old database records.

Oracle to SAP. Also added new features in the SWS system to offset functions previously done in Oracle.

Provided documentation for the new modules/tools/features developed. Documentation includes flowcharts, screenshots, links, and

troubleshooting method, depending on guide classification (User Manual / Admin Manual).

Supported the system users. Educate the Order Management team on lead time ordering computation based on store group (and item

class ordered by stores). On-the-spot solutions to Pinnacle Warehouse Projects/Issues (Peak Season).

Implemented Project Giant in the Ordering System. This helped the Order Management to address a large volume of increase of store

orders during peak season (November and December, 2014).

Integrated Project Shield in the Ordering System. A special loading of forecast based on the pre-computed orders done by BSIE

(Business Solutions Industrial Engineer) to address supply and delivery concerns during peak season 2015.

Created a module to modify and upload weight and volume (minimum and maximum) allowable orders “Project Jedi”. This helped the

Added a table reference with running balance for the implementation of the weekly and daily capping. This helped the Purchasing

Department to allow only a certain kind of items to be ordered when there is a limited supply.

visibility of any items of any SBU (Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwhich, Mang Inasal, and Red Ribbon).

Railo application switch over. This enable the application load balancing to be implemented without license cost.

Automation of email sending of active Jollibee items for the Data Management team. Also provided a link for them to view and export

the data manually in case there is an email issue or network problem.

Analyze the requirements, timing, and execution dates for the lead time changes of the stores. This helps ensures that the forecast

and lead time is in parallel run to avoid errors and issues.

Pioneered the loading of the Red Ribbon FCPO data into the Ordering System. This is based on the raw materials available during Red

Letter Days. Also knowledge transfer the procedure to the IBM support team.

Engineer) to implement multiples of ordering by the stores.

Added a feature to tag an order as manually uploaded to SAP, to ensure that the EPO (electronic purchase order) will still be

available for the stores to download. Also allows multiple orders to be tagged as uploaded via special handling.

Injected an Order Number Mapping to assists the stores in verifying their orders in case the PO and DR have a mismatch. This

ensures that orders can be validated and tallied using the Old and New order numbers.
