Place property on Facebook.6. Create a YouTube Video of your property (Which will then be shared across all social media)7. ADVERTISE your property on Facebook (95% of Realtors will not do this)8. Place your property on Instagram9. ADVERTISE your property on Instagram (95% of Realtors will not do this)10. Place your property on Twitter and Pinterest11. ADVERTISE your property on Twitter (95% of Realtors will not do this)12. Advertise with High Definition Professional Photos13. Provide weekly showing updates and monthly market updates. (These will be a routine)20.
