Self-modification Project. Conduct a behavioral modification project to address a behavior and you would like to increase in your life (studying, exercising, eating better, etc.) or one that you would like to decrease (smoking, eating too much, watching TV, drinking alcohol, etc). The steps that you need to include and a description of the project are found on pages 132-137. The focus on behavior could be in terms of frequency or duration. Be sure to define your target behavior and describe the steps you use to address the behavior, including reinforcement, punishment, shaping, etc. Include a chart of your progress, a completed behavioral contract (See attached), and a description of your progress. This is a major task and will result in the majority of the points accumulated in section 2.SelfSelf QuestionsHow does your self-image affect your behavior? Discuss this aspect of yourself.
