It is also good to be organised when looking for a job in IT due to having a lot of important deadlines within the job. Being organised will help to fine files on your computer and important documents, it will also help to complete deadlines buy having reminders and dates on calendars or in a planner. Team work is also an important attribute that most employers look for; as it will help in group work, getting along with peers and make the work get finished quicker with co-operation from everyone working well together. Another key attribute is also good communication; this will obviously help with speaking to clients and peers on support. Great communication along with an out-going personality will help you be confident when speaking to people and help you to sound formal, sensible and mature. It will also help you to speak clearly over the phone to customers clearly to help them. Problem solving is a key attribute because in all types of jobs you will stumble upon problems, but being good with solving those problems will make your work life a lot easier. Quick problem solving will also help at IT customer support, this is because you are only on the phone with them, or see them for a limited amount of time, and within that time you are expected to find the problem and the fix it. Self-motivation is one of the most important attributes because if you are not motivated then you won’t put the effort into any other attributes. 00It is important to have knowledge for an IT job so that you actually know what you would be doing when it came to support or advice to clients, it also boosts confidents within yourself and the confidents of which others have for you. My TargetsList of Key Attributes with scale of 1-5 on my ability/skill of each attribute. 1=low, 5=High:Knowledge = 3Organisation = 5Team work = 4Good communication = 3Outgoing personality = 5Quick problem solving = 4 Self-motivation = 3The three key attributes I have chosen that I need to most improve on are: knowledge, good communication and self-motivation. Knowledge can be improved through many ways, especially through practice. The more you practice at something, and the more you revise it, then the more it will stick in your memory therefore helping your knowledge on the topic. To improve good communication, it is vital to learn to listen, as half of conversations involve the other person/people talking. It is also important to consider other people’s emotions and encourage them in talking to you. To improve self-motivation, it is important to be willing to leave your comfort-zone, not to be afraid to make mistakes and don’t indulge in self-limiting thinking. Think positively of yourself, do this and you can achieve whatever you set out to do. -17081565405[1]020000[1]-2660652867025[2]020000[2]-466725101600022390106082030[5]020000[5]2800350650557500-15328905986780[4]020000[4]-55245059531250019246852771775[3]020000[3]3200400318579500-466725275272500 ................
