Web Quest Directions

1. Your group will be looking at the list of historical female figures and finding information for three of the women on the list. Your teacher will be assigning you the three women to conduct your brief research. As a group, each person in the group will be conducting their own research for one of the women assigned.

2. Each group member will need to find information for the following categories for each woman: a) Country of origin, b) At least three lasting achievements that this woman made for future generations, c) Brief written response (at least two paragraphs) on why you feel that this woman is an important figure in history. Also, each student will need to compile a list of references used for finding their information.

3. Your group will be discussing your findings with the rest of the class on Friday. You will be creating a poster in class to present to the rest of the class.
