When applying for your NCB Mortgage, here are some of the documents you will be required to provide in addition to the loan application form:

Agreement For Sale ? duly completed & deposit receipt Valuation Report done by NCB approved valuator Photocopy of Certificate of Title Commissioned Land Surveyors' Identification Report

Income verification letter from employer (outlining job status, length of employment) emoluments and position) and last month's pay slip or last three (3) months' pay slip. If Self- Employed: current financial statement, auditor's confirmation of income and personal bank statements for last 12 months

OR Bank Statements for the last 24 months on business account, last 2 years Tax Return, last 12 months Bank Statements on personal account and auditor's confirmation of income Government issued ID ( 2 IDs if applying for NHT joint financing) Tax Registration Number(s) TRN Up to date property tax certificate and up to date utilities Processing costs for the mortgage to be lodged to NCB account

Proof of funds to complete the sale transaction ( where applicable) Purchaser's Statement of Account

Credit report ? consent form Status Letter on Life insurance and Life Insurance Policy (where applicable)

Additional Requirements for: NHT Joint Mortgage Financing

Proof of Age (Birth Certificate- new format) NIS Card Name Change: Marriage Certificate/ Deed Poll (where applicable) Employer NHT Income & Contributions verification Letter IF Self- Employed- NHT Contribution Compliance Letter. NHT Referral letter

Apartment Buildings Letter from Strata Corporation confirming that property maintenance is up to date Proof of Strata Insurance

Business Applicants Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation Articles of Incorporation/ Articles & Memorandum of Association Audited financial statements (last 2 years) Cash flow projections
