Parents,

Welcome to the 2019-2020 School Year at Corpus Christi Academy. Below is a list of required supplies your child(ren) will need for the school year. Other supplies may be requested throughout the school year. Please remember to write your child's name on all belongings. Be sure to check all pages of the supply list as Specials are listed separately from the grade level supplies. Corpus Christi Academy will provide a school planner to all students in grades 1 through 8 for writing down their homework, tests, quizzes, projects, etc.. All CCA students will receive a Home/School Communication Folder that will be used by teachers and the office for weekly Thursday Mail. We look forward to another exciting school year at Corpus Christi Academy.

PM Students Only Students who will be staying in the afternoon will have rest time following lunch. Each student will need to bring a cot sheet or bedding each Monday. All bedding will be sent home for washing on Friday or as needed. Crib sheets make great cot sheets or you can buy a cot sheet bundle that includes an attached blanket and pillow under A lovey or snuggly friend for the cot.

Additional Information 1. When purchasing shoes, belts, jackets, coats, hats, boots and schoolbags, please make sure that your child can easily zip,

snap, button, buckle, tie; whatever is necessary to wear or use the item.

2. Please purchase a permanent marker and label all school/gym uniforms, blouses, shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, shoes, book bags, lunch boxes, pencil boxes, etc., with child's first and last name. All supply list items are to be brought to school in August by the first day of school.

3. Reminder: By State Law, all medical forms are due before the student enters the first day of school. Please return all forms on or before the first day of school.
