What is a Hazmat regulated product?A product is considered regulated if any of its components are classified as dangerous goods or substances or are otherwise regulated by or under any of the following:Department of Transportation IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) ManualTransport Canada’s Transportation of Dangerous GoodsPlease use the following tables to provide information about your product and upload it using the Upload documents for Hazmat review tool.Finished Cosmetic ProductsFinished cosmetic products are exempt from the legislation requiring the provision of a 16 point Safety Data Sheet (SDS). However, there are legal requirements under other legislation. For that reason, additional information (for example, the UN number, packing group, flash point, and risk and safety phrases) about the product is required to maintain appropriate risk management measures. We have checked the following cosmetic products with regards to the above requirements and confirm the following hazardous information for our products: ASIN (ex: BXXXXXXXXX)UPC (ex: 1234567890123)Item Name/DescriptionRegulatory ClassUN Number (ex.: UN1950, UN3090, UN2800).Packing Group (ex.: I, II, III)Flash Point (in degree Celsius)Risk & Safety phrasesASIN (ex: BXXXXXXXXX): Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ASIN) are unique blocks of 10 letters or numbers that identify items. There are three Packing Groups (PG). PG I is the most dangerous, PG II represents a moderate danger and PG III is the least dangerous. Packing Groups are always written in Roman numerals to differentiate them from the Class numbers. It is possible for a substance to appear in more than one Packing Group, depending on its concentration. The Packing Group number or numbers should be provided by the manufacturerFlash Point (in degree Celsius): The lowest temperature at which it can vaporize to form an ignitable mixture in air.Risk & Safety phrases: Safety warning phrases on the manufacture's packaging.Signature & Date Lithium Batteries or Products Containing Lithium BatteriesLithium batteries are classified as hazmat under class 9 of all transportation regulations. However, regulators exempt the vast majority of consumer products that contain batteries not exceeding a total of 5kg (11.02 pounds) because of the limited risk due to the relatively small lithium content. For shipping and labelling reasons we require information as to whether or not your product contains a lithium battery and, if so, how it is packed. We have checked the following products with regards to the above requirements and confirm that they include batteries with the following details:ASIN (ex: BXXXXXXXXX)UPC (ex: 1234567890123)Item Name/DescriptionIs or does your product contain an unregulated battery supply (for example, Alkaline, NiMh-battery)? If the maximum field strength observed in 4.6 meters distance is 0.00525 gauss or less, the article is acceptable for air transport. If the field strength exceeds this limit, the product is considered Magnetized Material and is not eligible for air transport. We require information as to whether or not your product is regulated based on this information. For products with field strength observed in 4.6 meters distance is 0.00525 gauss or lessWe have checked the following products with regards to the above requirement. I hereby confirm that the magnetic field of the biggest speaker (magnet) we ship only reaches the critical value at a distance of 1 meter. According to our measurement and best knowledge our products are completely uncritical in this concern.ASIN (ex: BXXXXXXXXX)UPC (ex: 1234567890123)Item Name/DescriptionRegulatory ClassUN Number (ex.: UN1950, UN3090, UN2800)Packing Group (ex.: I, II, III)Signature & Date For products with field strength observed in 4.6 meters distance is 0.00525 gauss or moreWe have checked the following products with regards to the above requirements and confirm the following hazardous information for our products:ASIN (ex: BXXXXXXXXX)UPC (ex: 1234567890123)Item Name/DescriptionRegulatory ClassUN Number (ex.: UN1950, UN3090, UN2800)Packing Group (ex.: I, II, III)ASIN (ex: BXXXXXXXXX): Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ASIN) are unique blocks of 10 letters or numbers that identify items.
