IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION (*Please Read):

All vendor applicants must provide copies of any literature that will be distributed at the event. All materials must be approved in advance and only distributed and /or sold within the boundaries of your specific booth and exhibit space. You may not sell t-shirts, banners, or other printed materials that judge, condemn or belittle any staff members, artists, guests, attendees and/ or registrants or the behaviors of anyone involved in the event by making them feel threatened or uncomfortable in any way shape or form. I Hear Music, Inc. reserve the right to refuse vendor(s) to sell any specific products for any reason. We will confirm your booth space setup and /or load-in/load-out time(s) at least two weeks prior to your selected events.

I HEAR MUSIC IN THE AIR 2017 VENDOR AGREEMENT (*Please Read):

I have thoroughly read and understand this 2016 I HEAR MUSIC IN THE AIR vendor application. I agree that I have the authority to execute this application on behalf of the exhibitor listed above. I understand that I am responsible for any applicable sales tax, license or permits and will carry proper liability and Worker’s Comp insurance naming I Hear Music, Inc. as an additional insured. No refunds or cancellations. I fully understand and will adhere to this application regarding the use of booth space at and during the 2016 I HEAR MUSIC IN THE AIR events. This application is a legal and binding contract when fully executed.
