Welcome to Livingston!

We are thrilled to welcome you to the Livingston family. As we move the former Jensen Customs Brokers Canada (JCBC) resources under the Livingston umbrella, we've put together this guide to help ease the transition. This overview will help you discover some of the tools and resources available to you as a Livingston client.

In addition, as you transition into the Livingston service model, you will notice a few small changes, including a new Livingston invoice with new billing codes and remittance information. This guide will also help explain the new Livingston invoice, including a breakdown of fields and a list of common charge codes and payment options.

Please note that your JCBC invoices should now be paid to Livingston. This includes any unpaid invoices already received by you, and any work in progress that has already been initiated on JCBC's system for which you will receive a JCBC invoice. The updated payment options contained in this reference guide apply to your JCBC invoices and your new Livingston invoices. Please replace JCBC as a vendor with Livingston in your accounts payable system at this time.

Our team is your team

To ensure you always enjoy a consistent experience, our client service delivery model ensures you always know whom to go to when you have a question or you're faced with a challenge:

? Your service coordinator ? This is your primary point of contact whenever you have questions or issues to resolve. Your service coordinator has day-today knowledge of your business and has instant visibility to your account history as soon as you call. This person will own the resolution of any question or possible issue you may have. Your service coordinator will not only work to solve your problem, but will also keep you fully informed of the status and resolution of the problem, from the time you call until you are fully satisfied. If your service coordinator is not available, your call will be routed to a member of your coordinator's team who will also be familiar with your account. In other words, you'll never get stuck playing phone tag or waiting for someone to return your call.

? Your client service manager (CSM) ? Your CSM remains your external strategic service contact and works closely with your service coordinator. Your CSM will help identify any patterns in issues and will work to solve the root cause of any repeat problems. This person is dedicated to making sure that your service coordinator resolves issues quickly and is available to offer additional expertise when needed.

This model allows you to develop more personal relationships with your service coordinator and client service manager ? so even with Livingston's extensive global reach, you always get that "local broker" feel.
