I would also like to extend a special thanks to my sister, Tiffany Smith. My sister has been one of my closest friends most of my life. I am so blessed to have such a strong bond with such a beautiful person. Her constant support has helped me become the man I am today.

I owe so much to my supportive wife, Cassandra Crandall. She has been my rock through even the toughest of times. I extend a heartfelt thanks to my wife for her ongoing support and for the deep passion I share with her each and every day.

I am overcome with joy every day when I first wake to see my son Cash and daughter Chanel Crandall. They
