The raison d’être of the Annual Meeting is the Meeting of the Board of Governors of the EBRD. However, the Meeting comprises a diverse programme with more than 40 events running over three days and which includes: the Business Forum; a programme for representatives of Civil Society (CSO); extensive engagement with local and international press; a meeting of the Bank’s Technical Cooperation Donors (Annual Donor Assembly) and related events, cultural and social events, a Partners’ Programme, additional networking opportunities and any other event agreed between the host country and the Bank. The Annual Meetings, Protocol and Event Management (“AMPEM”) Unit carries out the day to day organisational and logistical work involved with preparations for the Annual Meeting and maintains contact with the government authorities in the country and city where the Annual Meeting takes place.The 2016 Annual Meeting is due to take place during the month of May in London. The 2017-2018 Annual Meetings will take place in countries of operation; the exact locations and dates are yet to be confirmed.OBJECTIVE OF THIS PRE-QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIREThe objective of this PQQ is to appoint a supplier to advise and assist the AMPEM team, the host country authorities and local suppliers with the delivery of CCTV, broadcasting, live streaming and video production services for the next 3 Annual Meetings.As a first step in the process, interested suppliers are hereby invited to submit a Pre-qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”). Responses to the PQQ will be evaluated. Only suppliers who answer “yes” to all of the questions in the Minimum Requirements section A, will be deemed pre-qualified.
