Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jason Bumbaca and I am the Athletic Director at Del Mar High School. We are working hard on creating a positive and enriching program for the student-athletes to feel proud of being part of. As a program, we try are hardest to provide the very best for our student-athletes so we can achieve our goals.

Being a public school, our funding resources are very limited. So we are in the process of reaching out to the community to join forces with us in helping us create this environment for our student athletes. Last year contributions from The Garret, Green Bites Café, RW Garcia, Sam’s BBQ, Hughes Dental and Mountain Mike’s Pizza assisted us in providing new practice uniforms for a number of sports. Funds were also used to supplement our Busing costs associated with traveling to away games. By sponsoring, you will be giving our student-athletes a level playing field with the private and more visible high schools. You will also have the satisfaction in knowing that you are making a difference in our school system.

Banner Sponsorship Program

We currently have two forms of sponsorships available. The first option is our Banner Sponsorship Program. For $300 you will receive a 4’x6’ banner with your company name and information on it. Your custom designed sign can be displayed either in the bowl for all football, soccer and track contests or in our main gym which include our boys and girls holiday basketball tournaments, volleyball games, wrestling matches, and badminton contests, which involve 25 unique schools in the San Jose, Santa Clara, Morgan Hill, Gilroy and Campbell areas. In total, the banners will be visible to a minimum of 24 bowl events or 60 games in the Del Mar gymnasium, as well as being visible during our back to school nights and school rallies. Not only will you be supporting our athletic programs, but you will be also gain additional exposure to many potential new clients. If you were a previous sponsor of a school banner, your renewal fee for the following year is only $200.

Sponsor Donation

A second option to help support your local high school is to give a flat donation to our sports program. There is no minimum or maximum amount of money to donate. . Any amount that you are able to donate will be greatly appreciated. No donation is too small.

Please help us in our pursuit to bring Del Mar Athletics to the forefront. With your assistance, we can make a difference in many young adults and create an environment that our community can be proud of.

If you would like to sponsor a banner, please include a business card or art work with the information you would like presented on the banner. We will present that information to our graphic artist to create the banner for you.

If giving a flat donation, please include your business name and/or personal name so we can include it on our sponsor list.
