If the student is participating in the school district’s online/remote learning because the student is medically fragile or due to COVID-19 related reasons, the school district will need to review and determine whether those reasons would prevent the student from safely participating.? In addition, if a student open enrolled into the school district’s online/remote learning school/academy there are other factors that may need to be considered including the student’s participation in extracurricular activities in the student’s resident school district. ................
