You now know that it is safe to enter your password. You should then see a screen that looks sort of like this (understanding that mine is my work screen, an employee screen).5134342812014Here you now have access to a number of “apps” (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) that will work as “in the cloud apps”. Each student can also download a copy of 5 apps to their device. The downloaded versions are more what you are used to and have greater functionality. Do this by clicking on the Install Office button on the top right corner (circled in red).We do not expect younger students to be using Microsoft Office suite apps, but these are available to all students. We will later link up OneNote for each child. This is like a workbook with endless pages and paper. You do not have to use this, we will simply give this a go and see how it works for students to show their learning back to us.
