Your Member/Loan Number & Loan Payment Coupons

(Only for loans opened before June 30, 2017)

Your Member Number is your unique identifying account number at GECU. Below, you'll find a sample payment coupon and highlighted in yellow is where you'll find your member number. Typically, it is a 7-9 digit

number ending in "0." Circled in red, you'll find where to locate your Loan Number.

This loan payment option allows you to use your credit or debit card from another financial institution, to make your GECU consumer or second mortgage loan payment.

This payment option is available online, by visiting any office location, or by calling us.

Please be advised when choosing this payment method: ? You can use a credit/debit card from another financial institution; GECU credit/debit cards cannot be used for payment. ? A convenience fee will be added to the loan payment amount; review the Loan Payment by Credit/Debit Card Online Fee Table on page 2. ? You will continue to use the same Member Number and 3-digit Loan Number used prior to our conversion for this service. ? Your payment will be posted to your loan within two (2) business days. ? Payments can be set up as a one-time or recurring payment. ? You will receive an email confirmation of payment for your records. ? If you are looking to pay your loan in full, contact us for your loan payoff amount.

What is the cost for this convenience? ? Review the Loan Payment by Credit/Debit Card Online Fee Table on page 2; you can avoid the Assist Fee by processing this transaction yourself through our website. ? There are many FREE loan payment options available as well.

To make your payment online: ? You'll need your unique, identifying Member Number and Loan ID. Please contact us for assistance. ? The first time you use this service, you will not need a password; you'll be asked to set this up during the process so you can regain access at another time. ? Follow the prompts to complete the payment process.

GECU offers numerous, free loan payment options. They include: ? Self-initiated transfer or payment from a GECU account or ACH from another financial institution through our Online Banking system (both offer one-time or recurring options). ? Automatic payment pulled on due date from a Checking account ? Payroll deduction payment, set up through your employee. ? Loan payment coupons. ? In-person at one of our branches.

Loan Payment by Credit/Debit Card by Phone

Loan Payment with Assistance If you choose to make a payment using a credit or debit card from another institution over the phone, there is a $10 Assist Fee added to your payment in addition to the convenience fee.

Avoid the Assist Fee by processing this transaction yourself.
