We are looking for a committed individuals with perfect [INSERT LANGUAGE] to help managing Twitter and Facebook pages for businesses located in [INSERT COUNTRY/COUNTRIES]. That includes growing followers/likes, active engagement and page maintenance.

While there is only [INSERT AMOUNT OF TIME] min a day required for one account there are number of accounts and there is a possibility for a full time role for the right person.

Please only apply if you have prior experience managing business social media pages. Please include the following in your application:

- at least 2 examples of pages you have managed

- outline daily tasks you would suggest to do on Twitter

- are you using any automation tools and what are the benefits and limitations of them

We aim to find a right individual /s/ for a long term contract, starting from [INSERT AMOUNT OF HOURS] hours a week and growing to a full time role. Initially we'll hire for 1 week to see how it works out.

Trial: Ask the applicant to spend 10-30 minutes over the next 48 hours looking at your Social Media profiles (or even of clients if you already have them) and send a document of suggestions of what they would do with 10-30 minutes a day to help grow the fan/follower base with example. Hire based on language and grammar skills, critical thinking and attention to deadlines.

For Consultants/Sales Reps

Subject: Social Media Superstar [SALES with Commission]

We are looking for people to help sell our services over email and the phone in your country and around the world.

In order to be considered, in your application you MUST:

1. Have worked and/or lived in an [INSERT LANGUAGE] speaking country in the past with proof of this - you MUST mention this upon application

2. Give us some examples of either past Social Media work and/or service sales you have done in the past

3. Be a driven individual as pay is performance-based, with generous commissions

Hire on merits of them understanding that you need them to communicate with companies who have little or no Social Media presence.
