The growing popularity of salsa and southwestern cuisine led to development of eight Kitchen Kettle Salsas – Corn, Black Bean, Mild, Peach, Pineapple, Mango, Zesty and our newest salsa – Cilantro Lime. Other newer taste additions include a line of pickles featuring five flavors including Kickin’, Sweet, Dill, Perfect and the newest additions – Bacon Flavored and Sweet Fire Pickle Chips.
Customers looking for healthful products can now choose from Kitchen Kettle’s low sugar line of jams as well as the choice of Apple Butter with no sugar added.
Our fruit butter line has been enhanced to include: Sweet Potato Butter and Blueberry Peach Butter, as well as the standards of apple, pear, peach and pumpkin butters. Kitchen Kettle’s Jam and Relish Kitchen also produces the appropriately named Peanut Butter Schmier which tastes like a cross between traditional peanut butter and caramel. The “Schmier” goes just as well melted over ice cream as in a regular sandwich.
Pepper Jam is another favorite from the Jam and Relish Kitchen. Made from sweet red peppers it is the number one selling jam from the Jam & Relish Kitchen. Served over cream cheese it’s called the caviar of Lancaster County. Served over a round of brie and toasted, or applied as a glaze on tuna steaks and ham, it elevates these simple foods to new heights.
