New Local PTA Registration Grants

We're excited to welcome nearly 100 Local PTAs to the Texas PTA Family with a grant for (2) LAUNCH registrations! New Local PTAs completing the organizational process before May 31 will also be extended the same grant opportunity.

Closely review the steps below to redeem your free registration. All steps must be completed no later than June 5, 2017.

1) Review the roster below to confirm if your PTA is eligible to receive the grant. 2) Determine which members of your 2017-2018 board of directors will utilize the complimentary

registrations and attend the Texas PTA Annual Meeting on Friday, July 21. New Local PTAs will be recognized and attendance is required for those accepting the grant. 3) Access your Local PTA's account in PT-Avenue and update board member information for 2017-2018. Submission is required before the complimentary registrations can be processed. 4) Submit the complimentary registrations via the unique link provided to your Local PTA. Links will be emailed to the current Local PTA President on May 1. *

*Eligible PTAs may contact programs@ to request the registration link be sent again. All complimentary registrations must be submitted online via the provided link. Texas PTA will not refund registrations submitted outside the parameters outlined above. Registrants will have the opportunity to add and provide payment for event meals and t-shirts after their registration is processed.
