Patient Support Person Visiting Hours

For current visiting hours and guidelines, please see the visitor information webpage at Passavant. Support persons can enter the hospital through the main entrance. Call 412-748-6520 for more information.

Parking

Parking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at no charge.

Valet Services Valet service is available at the hospital's main entrance. Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Valet service is also available for the S and T buildings. The valet for both buildings is at the T building entrance. Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The fee for valet service is $3*.

Security Escort Upon request, UPMC Security provides evening escort service from the hospital to your car. Please call 412-748-6348 to request a security escort.

Gift Shop

The gift shop is temporarily closed at this time.

Chapel and Pastoral Care

The chapel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is located on the 1st floor of the main building near Medical Building S.

Cafeteria The cafeteria serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Entr?es, featured specials, sandwiches, salad bar, and healthy meal options are available. Located in the Pavilion on the ground floor. Open daily (including weekends and holidays): 6 to 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Coffee Shop

The coffee shop offers breakfast, lunch, Starbucks? coffee, grilled sandwiches, and soup. Located in the main lobby of the hospital on the 1st floor. Monday through Friday: 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: Closed
