2) Payment terms.
a) 50% deposit payable when the project is agreed. Cheque or bank transfer of £0.00
b) 50% balance payable and cleared prior to the first decluttering appointment date. Cheque or bank transfer of £0.00
Please note: Ownership of the goods supplied does not pass to the client until the 2 stage payments have been received and cleared.
3) Timescale: As soon as agreement to proceed is confirmed I can confirm all necessary dates.
5) Assumption of risk: The client acknowledges and agrees that installation of any mirrors, art work and other furnishings during the property styling process may require hooks/nails to be placed in the walls of the property. Upon removal small holes may be left. Any touch up work required is the responsibility of the client.
6) Insurance: I agree to maintain full public liability cover for the duration of this project in the name of [Name]
7) Special notes. This quotation does not include the electrical installation of the ceiling lighting where supplied. If the client requires this service then we can provide a quotation from a suitably qualified NICEIC electrician upon request.
If you wish to proceed and agree suitable dated then please sign each page of this contract and return a full set of the contract to me at the address on this letter head.
I will be in touch as soon as they are received in order to organise the next stage and agree dates.
