“ELAR Welcome Page”)

[Pages:1]The Office of Educator Licensure is excited to announce a new development in ELAR that will now take the place of the "Educator Licensure Documents" Drop Box you may currently be using to submit documents pertaining to licensure.

District personnel with appropriate access to the ELAR Inquiries role will now be able to upload documents directly into an educator's ELAR profile!

Users who already have access to the Administrative Inquiry role in ELAR have been automatically granted this additional role. If you follow the instructions below and do not see the dark blue "Upload Documents" button in step 7, please contact your district's Directory Administrator for assistance with your security permissions. (If necessary, a listing of Directory Administrators, by organization, is available online at and the new role to make sure you have added is called "ELAR ? Upload Documents (Inquiry)".)

Our pilot users report this is as easy to use as the Drop Box, maybe even easier! Give it a try!!!
