Charlotte will speak to assembly leaders about including this in the next assemblyEmptying bins for 5/6 and ?Suggestions include; 5/6 homerooms to empty their own bins, sustainability committee to empty year ? bins; weigh all landfill rubbishACTIONS: Mrs Sadler will talk to Mr McCarthy about outdoor compost bins for the 5/6 area and to Mr Dando about purchasing digital scales for 5/6.As of Wednesday 12th Feb, Annie, Siobhan, Rylee, Leah will collect and empty the bins from ? area. They will also weigh rubbish as soon as the scales have been purchased.Labelling compost binsACTION: Leah will and Lachlan will make laminated labels for compost bins that list what can and can’t go in the post campaignLean and Lachlan to discuss this furtherWalk to school WednesdaysACTIONS: Willow, Charlotte and Annie will write something for the newsletter and for assembly about monitoring sustainable travel in 2014. They will make a spreadsheet on which they will record travel trends each Wednesday after lunch. They will visit each classroom and take written records each week.
