Apedigree page doesn't guarantee success, nor necessarily does barrier trial form, but Grahame Begg appears to have plenty to look forward to if yesterday's Cranbourne barrier trial session is any guide.

Begg's lightly raced mare Butter Chicken (Savabeel), a stylish winner of heat two (1190m), will begin her four-year-old season in the Let's Elope Stakes (Gr 2, 1400m) at Flemington on September 11 while well-bred fillies No Whining (Redoute's Choice) and

Passive Aggressive (Fastnet Rock) will make

more modest starts to their careers.

No Whining, a three-year-old filly from

the Chiara (Last Tycoon) family which is

responsible for Star Witness (Starcraft),

Ferocity (Lion Hunter) and Chinchilla Rose

(Lion Hunter), was runner-up to the race

fit Tycoon Humma (Capitalist) in heat ten

(800m) and stablemate Passive Aggressive

won heat 12.

Unbeaten filly Dosh (Rich Enuff ) was also

set to barrier trial yesterday but Begg scratched

her in preference to jumping her out at Caulfield

this morning.
