Management Change
The Board of Directors has contracted with Bayside Management Services, effective June 1, 2019, for full-service management. What does that mean to you? We will now collect the annual assessments, attend the Board Meetings and pay the bills along with many other tasks. We will also be performing inspections to the property on a monthly basis to check for covenant violations (please see enclosed information).
